After an impressive performance at the RoboCup in China in July, the Croatian Junior Robotics team has won the silver medal at the RoboCup in Australia…

The Croatian team, consisting of Janko Pribičević, Ivan Kolarić, Matko Pribičević, Roko Parać, Jona Šoić, Sven Vojnović and Noa Šoić, won silver in the Rescue Open section at the competition which was ended on Sunday in Australia.

The Rescue competition mirrors the real life use of robots that rescue people from life-threatening situations. Apart from the impressive rescue , the Croatians put together a robotic performance teaching the locals about the 300-year-old tradition of the Sinjska Alka games.
