17 April 2019 – The most successful Croatian franchise, Surf’n’Fries, continues its international expansion with its first franchise in Georgia.

After opening the first Surf’n’Fries franchises recently in Chile and the Middle East, the first franchise has opened in Tibilisi, Georgia. The new outlet is located on Liberty Square in the centre of the Georgian capital.

“George, our Georgian franchise partner, knows the habits of the locals well and his idea is to expand the Surf’n’Fries during the summer. In the vicinity of the town there are several attractive lakes that function well during the summer season so preparations are going on to set up a new facility there,” Polić told Agrobiz.hr.

Surf’n’Fries specialise in a range of various fries, from classic to crinkle wedges, to chocolate coated fries, as well as nuggets, wings, hot dogs and more. Surf’n’Fries also invented oil-free technology, which they claim solves the problem of notorious unhealthy fast food items by only using air to make fries, chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks and other Surf’n’Fries specialty products.
