Croatian Bakery Chain Mlinar Opens First Store in Dubai

Croatia’s oldest and largest bakery chain has opened its first franchise outlet in Dubai.
Mlinar, which has over 200 bakeries around the world, has opened its first store in Dubai today at the Nadd Al Hamar Health Center. The bakery will be open 24 hours a day.
The first Mlinar bakery in Dubai is set out exactly the same as the Croatia stores and offers the same products. The store is operated by franchise partners.

Mlinar has rapidly expanded franchises internationally over the last two years, with bakeries opening in Switzerland, Australia, Germany, Slovenia, Ireland, Slovakia, Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Saudi Arabia.

Mlinar, who manage over 200 bakeries from their Zagreb base, say that they plan to open a further 150 bakeries in Germany over the next 4 years.
