Fresh from their 2-1 victory over Northern Ireland yesterday, Croatia took the lead just before half-time in their 5th-6th playoff match against Wales through Maja Joscak. Wales equalised in the 70th minute forcing the game into a penalty shoot-out. Wales missed their first spot kick but eventually won the shoot-out 4-2. The tournament also featured Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Costa Rica, Hungary, Republic of Ireland and France B. (photo / HNS)
