Croatia On Show At 6 Billion Euro World Tourism Fair In Berlin

Croatian tourism will once again this year be promoted at the largest tourism fair in the world, The ITB Berlin 2013, when it is held from 6-10 March in Berlin, Germany. This year Croatia’s stand at the fair will be over two hundred square metres, where not only Croatia as a destination will be showcased, but also local Croatian tourist boards and companies will be presented.
ITB Berlin has specially significance for Croatia with the Germans being Croatia’s biggest group of tourists. Experts rate the Berlin fair as the most important business platform for global tourism in the world. Last year more than 11,000 exhibitors from 187 countries were at the fair, together with over 113,000 tourism experts and more than 7,000 of the world’s media.
