Croatia Nominates ‘The High Sun’ for Best Foreign-Language Film Oscar

Earlier this year ‘The High Sun’ become the first ever Croatian film to be featured in the official selection at the Cannes Film Festival, where it was awarded.

‘The High Sun’ is a love story which shows the force which is necessary to rise above the negativity encountered in everyday life to love in its purity and stars Tihana Lazović, Goran Marković, Nives Ivanković, Dado Ćosić, Stipe Radoja, Trpimir Jurkić, Mira Banjac, Slavko Sobin, Lukrecija Tudor, Tara Rosandić and Ksenija Marinković.
