Croatia confirms 85 new COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours

ZAGREB, June 27, 2020 – There were 85 new COVID-19 cases reported in Croatia in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases to 2,624, the national crisis management team in a statement on Saturday.

The new cases were reported in Osijek-Baranja (20), Grad Zagreb (42), Zagreb (4), Zadar (1), Primorje-Gorski Kotar (2), Split-Dalmatia (7), Medjimurje (1), Virovitica-Podravina (1), Vukovar-Srijem (3), and Sisak-Moslavnia (4) counties. 

There were no new COVID-19-related fatalities reported in the last 24 hours. The current death toll still stands at 107. There have been 2,152 recoveries to date, two more than yesterday. 

There are 54 people in hospital with no patients currently on a ventilator. 

Since late February, Croatia has conducted 76,624 tests, including 1,187 in the last 24 hours.
