Croatia Among Cheapest Nations to Rent Offices in Europe

Only Limassol in Cyprus is cheaper than Croatia in Europe on Cushman&Wakefield’s ranking of 67 nations. The report shows that the average price per square metre for office rental space in Zagreb was 207 euros in 2013. The amount takes into account the cost of renting an average 12.5 euro square metre office, plus utility bills and property management fees. Croatia was 63rd on list with only Cyprus, Ecuador, Jordan and South Africa cheaper.

London topped the list with average per square metre office rentals at 2,122 euros, followed by Hong Kong (1,432 euros), Moscow (1,092 euros) Bejing, China (1,027 euros), Tokyo (1,003 euros) and New York (993 euros).
