British Indie Rock Band Editors Playing Zagreb Next Week

Editors

British indie rock band Editors will be playing in Zagreb next week…

The Editors, who have so far released two platinum studio albums, and five in total, with several million combined sales, will be playing at Tvornica kultura on Wednesday 2 December.

Editors, which consists of Tom Smith on lead vocals, Russell Leetch, Ed Lay, Justin Lockey and Elliott Williams, had hits with “Munich” and “Blood” from their 2005 debut album The Back Room. In 2007 Editors had a UK Album Chart number 1 in 2007 with An End Has a Start, which earned the band a Brit Awards nomination for best British Band.

Editors, who have played Zagreb before, regularly enjoy sold out tours and play numerous headlining festival slots. Their brand of dark indie rock is commonly compared to the sound of bands such as Echo & the Bunnymen, Joy Division, Interpol, The Chameleons and U2.
