Borussia Dortmund Star Building Villas In Zadar Close To The Home Of Luka Modric

Germany and Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels is building three villas in the Croatian city of Zadar, just a few doors down from the home of Real Madrid star Luka Modric, writes Zadarski list.
Hummels (24) is building the villas on 1,720 square metres of land on Posedarje in Zadar, not far from Modric’s place in the busy Dalmatian tourist city. Each of the stone villas, which are located near the sea, will have 170 square metres of living space.
“Soon when he will become a ‘local’ it would be nice if he could symbolically donate some money to our club HV Posedarje, so he becomes ‘one of us’,” said a local Posedarje resident to Zadarski list.
