Biggest Fitness Event in Croatia Set to Get Underway

Held at Zagreb’s Velesajam, Zagreb Throwdown is a professional competition that will test human performance throughout various physical tasks. Over 200 competitors from Europe will arrive to test their strength in a series of events. CrossFit workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman and other exercises.

Zagreb joins cities such as Bratislava, Salzburg, London, Padova, Paris, Stockholm, Berlin, Prague and others in hosting the Throwdown series event.
