5,000 Eggs Scrambled for Traditional Easter Monday Breakfast Shout in Šibenik

Both locals and tourists in the Dalmatian town of Šibenik have enjoyed the traditional Easter Monday breakfast ‘on the house’ this morning…
Organised by the Šibenik Tourist Board and the Šibenik City Council, this is the 11th year in a row that breakfast has been laid on to those in the city on Easter Monday. More than 5,000 eggs, 20 kilograms of pancetta and 200 bundles of asparagus were used to make a giant scrambled eggs this morning, which was also served with pršut, spring onions, breads and a host of other delicacies.
