Renowned Austrian magazine Falstaff has released its latest culinary guide to Croatia, once again highlighting the very best gastronomic destinations across the country.
In collaboration with the Croatian National Tourist Board, this year’s edition brings an exciting new feature – for the first time, traditional konobas have been included and ranked in a dedicated category.

As in the previous year, the top three spots remain unchanged. Pelegrini in Šibenik, Lemongarden in Sutivan on the island of Brač, and Agli Amici Rovinj continue to lead Croatia’s fine dining scene.
In the newly introduced category of traditional konobas, Konoba Zijavica in Mošćenička Draga has been crowned the best.

According to Falstaff, Croatian cuisine, shaped by both Mediterranean and Central European influences, offers a wide range of specialities.
From fresh seafood and rustic meat dishes to indulgent desserts, Croatia’s diverse culinary heritage greatly enhances its tourism offer and strengthens its position as a leading gastronomic destination.
