Sljeme – Zagreb
This point located on Medvednica hill offers a magnificent view over Zagreb on one side and the hills of Zagorje on the other. It is also a beautiful place for hiking so you could find numerous different lookout points. The old fortress of Medvedgrad is also a beautiful position for keeping watch over the capital of Croatia.
Gardun – Trilj
This breathtaking point is settled in the inner part of Dalmatia, up along the river Cetina to the town of Trilj. The Gardun hill offers a gorgeous view over Cetina valley. The Greeting to the Sun – Zadar
Purely for the sunset, which Alfred Hitchcock called the ‘most beautiful sunset in the world’, The Greetings to the Sun monument in Zadar Croatia is dedicated to the Sun. It consists of three hundred multi-layered glass plates placed on the same level with the stone-paved waterfront in the shape of a 22-meter diameter circle, with the photo-voltage solar modules underneath. Lighting elements installed in a circle turn on at night, and produce a show of light.
