Zrinka Cvitešić Wins Best West End Debut Award in London

Croatian actress Zrinka Cvitešić has won the ‘Best Debut Performance on London’s West End’ award for her role in the musical ‘Once’.
Cvitešić (34), who won best actress in a leading role awards for her part in one of Croatia’s most successful films What is a man without a moustache, made her West End debut earlier this year in the lead role in the West End production of the Broadway hit Musical based on the Oscar-winning film Once, which tells the tale of an Irish busker and a young Czech mother who meet through a shared love of music.
Karlovac-born Cvitešić received rave reviews after her performance by some of Britain’s leading critics, and even made an appearance on the popular Graham Norton show in the UK with Jennifer Lopez saying she could not wait to see the show after seeing a glimpse of the Croatians performance with fellow lead Declan Bennett on the show.
