The Zaprešić Boys have arrived in Sydney from Croatia for their Australian tour. 

Today they filmed a short video in front of the Sydney Opera House, calling on Croatians in Australia to come out and see them. 

The kick their tour off on Friday night at the Hrvatski Dom Bosna in Sydney. 

On Saturday night, 16 September, they will perform at the Croatian Catholic Centre Sunshine. On 22 September they head to Canberra to play at Croatian Club O’Connor before moving to Perth on 24 September for a concert at the WA Croatian Community Centre North Fremantle. 

They wrap up the tour in Adelaide on 29 September where they will play at the Croatian Sports Centre during the big Australian & New Zealand Croatian Soccer Tournament. 

This is the second time the group has toured Australia and fans can expect an unforgettable experience as the group brings their energetic and crowd-pleasing performances. 

Formed in 2005 in the Zagreb suburb of Zaprešić, Zaprešić Boys have captured the hearts of many with their string of chart-topping hits. 

Songs like “Igra moja Hrvatska,” “Srce vatreno,” “Samo je jedno,” and “Neopisivo” have become anthems for Croatian football fans, creating an electric atmosphere during matches and celebrations.

One of their notable singles, “Jedna domovina” (One Homeland), carries a special significance. While primarily dedicated to the Croatian diaspora, the song also serves as a reminder to all Croats of how the Croatian state was formed, especially during challenging times.

Their latest single is the emotionally charged “Kada otac zavoli” (When Father Loves). 

The group’s popularity has soared over the years, and their performances have drawn massive crowds.They performed in front of over 100,000 fans on Zagreb’s main square to welcome home the Croatian team after their impressive run in the 2018 World Cup.
