Ana Grgić Tomić, Chef of the Year 2022 according to the prestigious guide Gault & Millau Croatia and holder of a green Michelin star for Zinfandel’s, this year performs for the second time in a row on the street scene with her creative collection of dishes, of which warm gnudi with pumpkin and pumpkin cream stand out and honey with pumpkin seed crumble, fried red prawn tails in kadaif with kimchi and sweet potato cream, crispy croquettes combined with cod and sun-dried tomatoes, and pork shoulder with homemade dark beer and chilli BBQ sauce.

And there is also the all-time favorite, the legendary Esplanade štrukli baked in fine cream. Esplanade’s main pastry chef and three-time pastry champion, Mirjana Špoljar, this time prepares aromatic crème brûlée cream with crispy speculaas crumble and warm bread and butter pudding with hazelnuts and chocolate with vanilla cream for visitors.

Hot drinks such as gin with the addition of ginger and honey, Christmas punch with the flavors of cinnamon and rum, and an intriguing forest cocktail with the addition of pumpkin, chestnut and porcini mushrooms are signed by the famous cocktail master Vjenceslav Madić Kishoni.
