Zagreb police chief thanks foreign police officers for help during Advent

ZAGREB, Jan 8 (Hina) – The chief of the Zagreb Police Department, Marko Rasic, on Tuesday thanked Slovenian, Hungarian and Italian police officers for helping their Croatian counterparts in joint police patrols during the Christmas season.

Rasic thanked Slovenian, Hungarian and Italian police offices for their contribution and successful cooperation in joint police patrols during the Advent in Zagreb event, as well as for facilitating communication and providing tourists from their countries with basic information.

The Zagreb Police Department said that cooperation with the foreign police officers had helped ensure maximum safety and security during the Advent season.

The foreign police officers participated in joint police patrols from 18 December 2019 to 6 January 2020, for the first time working with Zagreb police during the Advent season.
