“My mother is a piano teacher and was actually against me playing the piano, but my father insisted and took me to the esteemed teacher Tamara Popovich. I am very passionate about the music I play. All the pieces I choose to play are very personal, and I think that’s important so that the audience can feel the emotions,” Astanova said in one of her interviews.

The event in Makarska will be a true spectacle, as it marks the 50th anniversary of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) and features the performances of over 40 of the best female tennis players from Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, Montenegro, Italy, China, Luxembourg, Serbia, Slovenia, and Croatia.
