Why do we love it so much? The answer lies in the award-winning cellars of the Požega-Slavonia County in eastern Croatia, where Graševina produces exceptional results.

From sparkling wines to late harvest wines, nowhere does Graševina offer such a wide range of styles as in the Požega-Slavonia County in eastern Croatia. In the cellars of the Kutjevo, Požega-Pleternica, and Pakrac vineyards, they nurture Graševina of exceptional quality, many of which have been recognized with awards worldwide.

There, you will discover why we love Graševina so much.

Perfect for hot summer evenings

Light and vibrant sparkling wines based on Graševina will captivate you with the scent of ripe apples, citrus, and floral notes with hints of acacia. They are delicious and full-bodied, harmonious, with lively bubbles that excite the palate and simply invite you to take another sip.

Perfectly paired with light dishes

You will enjoy the fresh fruity aromas of apple and peach, sometimes with hints of melon and sweet spices. Some are elegantly structured, yet full-bodied and with a long finish, while others offer attractive floral aromas with a subtle spicy and herbal undertone. Fresh Graševina wines are light, drinkable, with a mild bitter finish. Each one offers a different nuance depending on its origin and the winery’s style. You can’t go wrong by pairing them with summer salads, seafood, light dishes of white fish, or white meat.

Rich and complex

Rich and aromatic, with scents of ripe sweet apples, some are very powerful with notes of noble rot and oily texture. Aged Graševina wines are complex, alluring, and well-balanced, gaining fullness and roundness with ageing. They are refined, layered, and sophisticated, with a rich and intense flavour and a long aftertaste.

Great companion for a summer night out

Exceptionally complex and extractive, they will offer you aromas of spices and candied orange. If you want to elevate your night out, choose a premium amber or the more popular orange Graševina. Pure hedonism!

The icing on the cake

Full and rich, intense, harmonious, with honey notes, sometimes almost syrupy, delicious, nutty… Pair them with desserts, mature and fermented cheeses, or simply pour them into a glass and enjoy every sip. Late harvest Graševina wines leave no one indifferent.

A new world for modern travellers

It is the most widespread variety in Croatia, accounting for every fourth vine in the continental part of the country. In the Požega-Slavonia County, Graševina is more than just wine; it’s a way of life.
