“The Salt Festival in the post-season attracts a large number of visitors, affirming the entire tourist offer of Pelješac, from accommodation to traditional products. Building on this festival that has been organized for seven years now, all four Pelješac tourist communities – Orebić, Trpanj, Janjina, and Ston – have been creating an attractive festival season for the past three years. We have created and are expanding a beautiful shared story that begins in the pre-season and ends with the Salt Festival in the post-season, confirming that it is possible to attract guests to Pelješac beyond the peak season,” said Fani Slade, the director of the Ston Municipality Tourist Board.
