The charming old fishing port town of Rovinj on the west coast of Croatia’s Istrian peninsula is one of the most visited destinations in Croatia and it is not hard to see why.
A tangle of cobbled streets in the Old Town leads to the hilltop church of St. Euphemia, whose towering steeple dominates the impressive skyline. With plenty of history, culture attractions, and an archipelago which includes 14 islands, there is a lot to experience in Rovinj.
Last week the Rovinj Tourist Board presented the new official tourism promo video which highlights some of the attractions and beauties of the town.
The video, which is just over 5 minutes in length, features stunning views of the Old Town and the surrounding nature, culture and history, as well as some of the luxurious hotels, museums and attractions, like the Batana Eco-museum.
