The Croatian Film Institute, launched by the American-Croatian director, producer and screenwriter Nikola Knez and film enthusiasts from the USA and Croatia, has announced a new film entitled “Study of Demography and Croatian Emigration”.
This institution has recognized the importance of the Study of Demography and Croatian Emigration at the Faculty of Croatian Studies.
In the film, university professors and students share their vision in a new academic discipline that deals with the problem of emigration of generations of talented Croats from their beautiful homeland of Croatia.
In an attempt to scientifically solve this problem and for science to offer solutions that would guide the determination of the future of the Croatian state, the Department of Demography and Croatian Emigration operates at the Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb.
Professors and students extend an inspiring invitation to young people in the homeland and the diaspora to join and support their new program – the Study of Demography and Croatian Emigration.
This study prepares future generations of policy makers, researchers and experts who will use scientific projections and models for decision-making in the best interest of the Croatian people.
