VIDEO: Milwaukee Croatian Tamburitzans host 34th annual concert

29 April 2019 – Milwaukee Croatian Tamburitzans have held their 34th annual concert showcasing the regions of Podravina, Prigorje, Moslavina and Turopolje.

The evening featured a special performance by guest group Sloboda Junior Tamburitzans from Chicago. After the concert at Greendale High School, a reception followed at St. Augustine’s School Hall where Rakija Bend from Chicago entertained.

The Milwaukee Croatian Tamburitzans was founded in 1985 and is dedicated to promoting Croatian heritage and and the best of Croatian culture through song and dance in their community. The age range in their group is from 3rd grade to 21-years-old.

Each year, they participate in a range of activities and concerts in North America and they also tour and perform in Croatia.
