The beauty of Croatia’s UNESCO protected Plitvice Lakes is now one of the worst kept secrets.

Over a million visitors in 2016 witnessed first hand the stunning beauty of the lakes, waterfalls and nature of the protected park.

Most of the visits are done during Spring and Summer so what is still a bit of a secret is how magical Plitvice Lakes are in the Winter.
