Zagreb, Croatia, 10 December 2025 – The U.S. Army and Republic of Croatia will lead a Military-Civilian Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) tabletop exercise from December 8 to 11, 2025 at the Ministry of Interior-Police Academy.
The exercise will convene Croatian stakeholders, including military forces, law enforcement, airspace and spectrum authorities, critical infrastructure sectors, and legal and policy officials, together with U.S. representatives from the Department of War, U.S. Army, Department of State, Drug Enforcement Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation and U.S. European Command.
This exercise, the first of its kind in Croatia, is designed to strengthen Croatia’s whole-of-government coordination in responding to evolving unmanned aircraft system (UAS) threats.
The exercise will help identify existing C-UAS knowledge, capabilities, authorities, and challenges across military and civilian sectors, while further reinforcing U.S.-Croatia security cooperation.

The program will feature three scenario-based discussions focused on threat prevention, detection, tracking, identification, defeat, and post-incident investigation and intelligence activities.
These discussions will contribute to Croatia’s national C-UAS plan.
