Students Let Loose As End Of High School Celebrations Begin In Croatia

Thousands of students in Croatia will take to the streets today to celebrate the last day of high school.

High school graduation celebrations, known as ‘Norijada’ in Croatia, will affect public transport in the capital Zagreb as thousands of students gather on the cities main square. This year will be no exception to the annual tradition of students hurling flour, eggs and tomato sauce at each other on the streets and on public transport. Celebrations will continue with concerts and partying late into the night at venues across Croatia.
