Snow Returns To Croatia

After enjoying a spell of mild, settled weather, Croatia turned white after snow once again returned to the country early on Sunday morning.
Nearly all northern parts of Croatia were hit on Sunday, with between 5-10 centimeters of snow expected to fall by the end of the day in the capital Zagreb. Forecasters expect the snow to get heavier tomorrow and throughout the week.
Snow has affected traffic in Gorski Kotar, Lika and in central Croatia and Slavonija, reported the Croatian Auto Club.
