A new Croatian centre in Manhattan, New York City has opened and was blessed last weekend.
The Croatian centre is part of the Roman Catholic Church of Sts. Cyril & Methodius and St. Raphael in Manhattan, New York City.
The Church has been the seat of a Croatian national parish, offering services in the Croatian language as well as services in English, since the 1970s. Although as a parish it’s been in existence for a 100 years.

It was created through the merger of two parishes, parish of St. Raphael and Croatian parish of St. Cyril and St. Methodius.

The parish is located in the central part of Manhattan at 502 W 41st Street and has become an important center of the religious and cultural life of the Croatian community from four states – New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
