“Wishing to emphasize the monumentality and beauty of the old Maraska building, the new structure we split into two connected parts, thus creating a Mediterranean Tripartita. Also, since the hotel is adjacent to the park, we wanted it to fit with the existing environment and we have designed the terraced landscaped part, a transition between the architectural structure and the surrounding greenery we achieved a glass vault in which is part of the restaurant with an indoor garden and pool”, Podrecca said.

British hotel interior design specialists DeSallesFlint will take care of the hotel’s interior design. The project is worth around 100 million euros and is set to be complete in 3 years.
