Chrissie Hynde in Zagreb

ZAGREB, 2 December 2019 – English new wave bands The Pretenders and Heaven 17 were the main attractions at Yammatovo 5 which took place in the Croatian capital on the weekend.

Lauba in Zagreb was the venue which hosted for the first time in Croatia the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band. The Pretenders, led by founder and main songwriter Chrissie Hynde, performed in Zagreb on Saturday night as part of their 40th Anniversary Greatest Hits tour.

The band, which formed in the late 70s, has experienced numerous changes with Hynde the band’s only consistent member. They opened their concert with the song Alone from their last album, followed by Gotta Wait.
