The hotel is set to open in February 2019, Poslovni.hr reports.

“Considering the location of the apartments are near St. James Cathedral, the medieval St. Dominica church whose monastery walls surround this area, and also have views of the Sv. Ante canal, the price of a 105 m2 apartment, according to a Penta real estate agency ad, exceeds 4 million kuna. Construction of the facilities and the landscaping should be complete by June this year,” Toni Jeličić Purko, Managing Director of Apartments Jadran said.
