The centre of Šibenik on the Dalmatian coast is set to see an investment to the tune of 3 million euros with a new heritage hotel and luxury apartments.
A 17-room heritage hotel and seven new luxury apartments will be a new addition to the old town.
The Split firm tasked with building the luxury apartments and heritage hotel started construction last year and in this month sales for the apartments begun.
The luxury apartments will range from 100 to 160 m2, whilst the hotel will be in the 4-star category.
The hotel is set to open in February 2019, Poslovni.hr reports.
“Considering the location of the apartments are near St. James Cathedral, the medieval St. Dominica church whose monastery walls surround this area, and also have views of the Sv. Ante canal, the price of a 105 m2 apartment, according to a Penta real estate agency ad, exceeds 4 million kuna. Construction of the facilities and the landscaping should be complete by June this year,” Toni Jeličić Purko, Managing Director of Apartments Jadran said.
