ZAGREB, October 7, 2021 – The town of Mali Lošinj on the island of Lošinj has been included once  again among the top green and sustainable green destinations in the world.

Mali Lošinj was named on the list of the world’s top 100 green and sustainable destinations published by the Green Destination international organisation.

The small Croatian town has made the list for a number of years and this year also competed in the “Culture & Communities” category with a monument to the island’s shipbuilding tradition, the lugger Nerezinac, which was restored and turned into an interpretation centre, the Mali Lošinj Tourist Board said.
