A brand new luxury hotel for senior citizens is being built on the waterfront in Petrčane, which is located around 10km north of the Dalmatian city of Zadar…
The hotel will have around 50 beds (20 rooms), 8 apartments, a 150-seat restaurant, gym, swimming pool, medical facilities, pharmacy, post office, cafes and other entertainment facilities.
The hotel, which will offer guests a waiter, physiotherapist, and a nurse or a doctor to be at their disposal at all times, will be available for those who are looking to stay for a day, week or a month, and for those also looking to stay long-term. It is expected to open on 1 May 2016.
