Multi Grammy and BRIT Award-winning Kings of Leon will headline the closing night of INmusic festival #18 in Zagreb.
After being forced to cancel their European tour earlier this year due to frontman Caleb Followill’s injury, the Nashville-based alt-rock band are set to make a return to the stage in Zagreb next summer.
Recognised as one of the most influential alternative rock bands of the past two decades, Kings of Leon have headlined many of the world’s leading music festivals, including Coachella, Glastonbury, Roskilde, and several Lollapalooza editions across Berlin, São Paulo, Chicago, and Santiago.
The band also holds the all-time attendance record at London’s iconic Hyde Park, where they performed across five sold-out nights.
Formed in 1999, Kings of Leon, Caleb (guitar/vocals), Nathan (drums), Jared (bass) and Matthew Followill (guitar), have released nine studio albums: Youth & Young Manhood (2003), Aha Shake Heartbreak (2004), Because of the Times (2007), Only by the Night (2008), Come Around Sundown (2010), Mechanical Bull (2013), WALLS (2016), When You See Yourself (2021), and Can We Please Have Fun (2024).
Over their career, the band has sold more than 20 million albums and nearly 40 million singles worldwide.
Their 2016 album WALLS achieved a historic milestone, debuting at number one simultaneously in both the UK and the US for the first time in the band’s career.
Kings of Leon’s success is further underscored by eight Grammy nominations, three Grammy wins, three NME Awards, two BRIT Awards, and a Juno Award.
Their upcoming performance at Zagreb’s Jarun Lake, where they last headlined INmusic’s 12th edition in 2017, promises to be a highlight of next year’s festival, joining previously announced headliners Gorillaz and Jack White.
Tickets for the three-day festival are now available via the official INmusic webshop, priced at €129 (+ transaction fees), while seven-day camping tickets are available for €59 (+ transaction fees).
