History Making Night For Croatia In UEFA Champions League

Croatian football history was written tonight in the UEFA Champions League. For the first time in history two Croatians officiated in Champions League matches on the same evening.

Croatian referee Ivan Bebek (pic) was in charge in Moscow at the Luzhniki Stadium where Barcelona easily disposed of their Russian opponents Spartak Moscow 3-0, whilst fellow ref Marijo Strahonja was refereeing in Minsk where French side Lille beat BATE Borisov 2-0.
