Pinca, also called sirnica in some parts of the country, is a traditional Easter sweet bread. Initially a Dalmatian tradition, it has spread and is popular all over Croatia today.
Now the tasty pinca flavour can be enjoyed in an ice cream after a collaboration between Zagreb pastry shop Le Kolač and Korica bakery.

This is the first pinca flavoured ice cream in the Croatian capital and Le Kolač is offering it in 3 different product packages this Easter.
