Pinca, also called sirnica in some parts of the country, is a traditional Easter sweet bread. Initially a Dalmatian tradition, it has spread and is popular all over Croatia today.

Now the tasty pinca flavour can be enjoyed in an ice cream after a collaboration between Zagreb pastry shop Le Kolač and Korica bakery.

“In collaboration with the famous Korica bakery we have made an ice cream with Pinca flavour,” Le Kolač said.
