The first Croatian female MMA fighter to fight in the UFC is set to make her second appearance next month in the world’s best martial arts organisation.

Ivana Širić Petrović will fight China’s Liang Na in the women’s flyweight division at UFC Fight Night 243 on April 27 at the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas.

27-year-old Na has a career record of 19-7, but she has lost all three fights in the UFC, making this her last chance to stay in the promotion.

The 29-year-old Croatian born in Mostar, who now resides in Norway, will be fighting in her eighth pro fight. After winning her first six fights and becoming the champion of the French organisation Ares, she signed with the UFC.
