Emirates delay Zagreb restart until August

ZAGREB, 26 May 2020 – With more news starting to trickle in from airlines set to resume flights after months being landed because of the coronavirus pandemic, news from Emirates regarding its Croatia service. 

Ex.yu aviation reports that Emirates has delayed the resumption of its seasonal Dubai – Zagreb service by another month. 

“The four weekly flights are now to be reintroduced on August 1. Emirates resumed commercial flights to nine destinations over the past week but are expected to add more routes from July,” the website said. 

Entry into the United Arab Emirates is still restricted and transiting through Dubai Airport is banned as a result of the pandemic, although an exception has been made for passengers from Australia continuing to the United Kingdom who will not leave the aircraft in Dubai.
