Croatian Coast to get its Own ‘Florida’

Luxury apartment suites with 24 hour top-notch quality service for 120 tenants will be built. The tenants can choose to either rent or purchase the luxury suites. The all year round climate on Croatia’s Adriatic coast, combined with the pristine Adriatic Sea, makes it an attractive destination for wealthy pensioners around Europe. The idea is that the suites are used for the pensioners to enjoy outside the tourist season for a six month period when the weather is not as good as in their home countries. The luxury suites would take on another capacity during the peak summer tourist season, says Liderpress.hr.
