Croatia To Host Serbian Exit Festival?

Voted the best European music festival, Exit Festival, which is held annually in the Serbian city of Novi Sad, may have a new home shortly. After the local council in Novi Sad rejected pumping in money and financing the festival, there have been reports that the festival may have to relocate.

One of the strongest contenders to take over as host is Croatia, reports daily paper Vecernji list. “It is a possibility we have to move the festival. We have received a number of offers to host it, the most coming from Croatia,” said one of Exit’s organisers Milos Ignjatovic, adding that he would like the festival to stay in Novi Sad if at all possible.
