Brits, Spanish, Turks And Bosnians To Surge On Dubrovnik For NYE

The Dubrovnik Tourist Board expect around 5,000 tourists to arrive in the southern Dalmatian city over the New Years Period.

“Most of the visitors will come from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Albania, and this year we have a lot of visitors from Turkey. There are also tourists from the United Kingdom, Spain, and there are a few charter’s coming to Dubrovnik to celebrate New Year’s Eve,” said Jelka Tepsic from the Dubrovnik Tourist Board.

The end of year wave in tourist numbers will cap off a record year for the popular tourist spot and Dubrovnik City have prepared a full 5-day programme to make sure visitors are entertained.
