Best burger awards end successful Zagreb Burger Festival

ZAGREB, 23 September 2019 – The 4th edition of the Zagreb Burger Festival powered by TABASCO® has ended in the Croatian capital. 

Thousands of visitors over the 11-day festival had the chance to try burgers from burger maestros from Zagreb, Ljubljana, Osijek and Rijeka. 

Chef Mate Janković, The Garden Bar&Kitchen, Good Food, Lars&Sven, Rougemarin, Raclette Burgers&Fries, Bistro Grill Deno, Burger bar, Maredo Grill, El Toro, Submarine Burger, Kascheta, BarBaQ, Reshetka by Đurina Hiža, Barcode Mitra, Brewbites, Torpedo burger, American bar Dollar, Špiro and Bread Club cooked up a range of different burgers, from exotic ones with fruit and fish to Istrian and Slavonian style burgers.

Organisers says that interest in the festival is increasing every year with more and more visitors and burger joints at this year’s festival.

As always, the awards for the best burgers at the festival, decided by the public, took place.
