How to get Croatia World Cup tickets: HNS publishes guide

The Croatian Football Federation (HNS) has released a detailed guide explaining how supporters can apply for tickets for Croatia’s matches at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
With 48 national associations competing, each federation has been allocated eight percent of the stadium capacity for the matches in which their team plays. From this quota, 700 tickets per match are reserved by HNS for team and organisational needs.
Application Period Opens on 11 December
Applications for the supporters’ allocation open on Thursday, 11 December at 17:00, and remain open until 13 January 2026 at 17:00.
Importantly, the timing of the application has no influence on the outcome; all submissions within the window are treated equally.
Applications for ticket purchases are made on FIFA’s official website: FIFA.com/tickets
Step 1: When applying, select the Croatian national team under the “FAN OF” option.
Step 2: When choosing the ballot, again select the Croatian national team under the “MY TEAM” option to ensure you enter the draw specifically for the Croatian supporters’ sector in the stadium.
Step 3: Enter the applicant’s personal details and choose your tickets. Each applicant may request up to 4 tickets per match and a total of 40 tickets for the entire tournament.
If demand exceeds the Croatian quota, FIFA will conduct a random draw to determine which applicants receive the right to purchase tickets. Where demand is lower than the available capacity, all applicants will be granted the right to buy.
Supporters may apply not only for group-stage tickets but also for conditional knockout-stage tickets, all the way through to the final. FIFA determines the knockout-phase ticket quota based on the average of approximately eight percent of the net capacity for each venue at that stage.
Three Price Categories for Supporters
Fan-sector tickets are divided into three categories:
• Supporters Premier Tier
• Supporters Standard Tier
• Supporters Value Tier
FIFA has fixed these prices for this phase of sales; they will not change despite wider market price variations as the tournament approaches.
