WCF Jubilee Cat Show at Zagreb’s Family Mall on September 20-21

Education, Competitions, and a Cat Fashion Show – Fun for the Whole Family
On September 20th and 21st, Zagreb’s Family Mall will become the go-to spot for all cat lovers.
A cat show is scheduled for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., featuring more than 100 feline contestants.
Visitors will get to see some of the most beautiful cats, watch exciting competitions, participate in educational programs, and enjoy a special cat fashion show on Saturday around 5 p.m.
The show is organized by the Felis Croatia association. There will also be a kids’ corner for the little ones.
The traditional cat judging will take place in the morning, while the public can follow nine different WCF and Fun Rings at the same time.

The exhibition will also feature some true stars: Zoki, an eleven-year-old black Maine Coon, a three-time National Winner and two-time World Winner who was named the top veteran in the world in 2024.
Also in attendance is the legendary American Curl, Vulcano, who is ten years old and proudly holds the titles of Supreme Premior, Distinguished Show Merit, and Distinguished Senior Winner.
The program will also include announcements for the National Winner ’24, Breed Winner ’24, and World Winner ’24 categories, and we’ll find out which cats were the most successful show cats in 2024.

Saturday afternoon brings a special cat spectacle! Around 5 p.m., the audience can expect a cat fashion show featuring creations by Split-based fashion designer and cat breeder, Gordana Radić.
Her handmade fashion creations will transform the runway into a fairytale, and the cats will become true fashion icons just before the final Best in Show selection.
Throughout both days, visitors can talk to breeders, get to know different breeds, and discover the small secrets of living with cats.
Children and parents will be able to learn what proper pet care means, and specially arranged stands will offer top-quality equipment, toys, and food from renowned brands.
At the Royal Canin stand, visitors will receive useful advice on healthy nutrition.

“Our show is not just a cat beauty competition, but an opportunity for families to spend an unforgettable weekend, for children to get closer to animals, and for cat lovers to have a few days just for themselves and for all of us to learn something new. We believe that visitors will leave the hall enriched with a warm, emotional, and educational experience,” said Lidija Gulić on behalf of the organizers.

More than 100 participants of different breeds will show off their qualities, and visitors will have the opportunity to follow events that both inform and inspire, confirming how much cats are a true symbol of elegance, gentleness, and character.
