Makarska
Croatia presented its results today for the tourist season for 2025, with figures showing 17.2 million arrivals, a 2% increase compared to last year.
There were also 89.8 million overnight stays, up 0.5%. The pre-season saw particularly strong growth, with 5% more arrivals and 4% more overnight stays. August, the peak month, remained steady compared to last year, while the main summer period saw a slight dip.
Here are the ten most visited destinations in Croatia this year:
1. Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik continues to attract the most tourists with its UNESCO-protected Old Town.
2. Poreč

Poreč
Located on the Istrian coast, Poreč is best known for its Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
