President of the Croatian Football Federation (HNS), Marijan Kustić, has visited the construction site of the future national football camp in Velika Gorica.
Kustić was joined during the visit by Andrea Dokuš, head of the HNS infrastructure department, site manager Nikola Čuljak from the construction company Kamgrad, and Mladen Strganac from PMC, the company overseeing the project.
Since work began just over three months ago, reinforced concrete foundation slabs for the stadium and administrative building have already been completed, including the main utility installations.

Construction is now underway on the reinforced concrete walls of the ground floor and the foundations for the access bridge to the stadium.

The state-of-the-art sports complex will include four football pitches, a small stadium designed to host youth and women’s national team matches, and a modern administrative building which will become the new headquarters of the Croatian Football Federation.
The location of the camp, next to Franjo Tuđman Airport, will offer both accessibility and functionality.

“I am extremely pleased with the progress of the works on the future Croatian Football Federation camp. It has been only three and a half months since the official start of construction and a great deal has already been completed. This confirms that everything is moving forward as planned, which is very important since the construction of this camp is a strategic priority for the Federation,” said Kustić.
