Ticket applications can be made at any time throughout the respective Random Selection Draw Sales Period, without any preference given in respect of the date of the submission.

If there are more applications for match tickets than the Croatian Football Federation has the right for, then FIFA will select via random draw who has the right to purchase tickets.

If there are fewer applications than tickets available, everyone who applied will have the right to purchase tickets with the leftovers going on public sale.
