British-American news website Mashable, with the help of Hostelworld.com, have rated the 10 Best Hostels in Europe, According to Travelers, and a Croatian hostel has come out on top with a rating of 97%…
Earthers hostel on the island of Hvar has been ranked number one on Europe, after Mashable asked Hostelworld.com to share the 10 best hostels in Europe according to guests – rated by value, security, location, staff, atmosphere, cleanliness and facilities.

This hostel receives high marks for its nightly pub crawls and connections to local bars, where guests can drink on a discount. Staffers also organize activities across the island, including scuba diving, sea kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, boat rentals and blue cave excursions. They also have information on island tours and summer events, as well as local cooking classes. The hostel features free Wi-Fi, laundry services, complimentary breakfast and pick-up from the downtown area.
