Zagreb voted among best cities in Europe for singles

8 October 2019 – The Croatian capital Zagreb has been voted among Europe’s best cities for singles in a survey by global travel site Big 7.  

Using data from Eurostat, individual country Census statistics, dating app usage and a survey of singles across Europe, the leading global travel site discovered which cities are best for dating and enjoying single life.

Zagreb came in at No.31 on the list of the Top 50 Cities in Europe for Singles in 2019. Big 7 writes: “Zagreb might be home to the unusual Museum of Broken Relationships, but it’s actually a great city for single people. A young population that are largely single is the perfect combination.”

Coming in at No.1 place was Stockholm in Sweden. 

“Sweden’s buzzy capital takes the prize. A promising 34% of Swedes use dating apps to find love, so singles in Stockholm can easily find a match. Tinder is the most popular, followed by dating site Mötesplatsen:”

Madrid in Spain came in at No.2 with Oslo in Norway third. London was fourth, just ahead of Berlin in Germany.
